Get in the habit of doing these exercise at least 3 times a week to start and you should increase this to 6 or 7 times a week depending on how much weight you need to loose.

If you have a large amount of weight to loose start with a exercise that you can monitor your heart rate and work up a good sweat. These exercises are designed to get your leg and lower back muscles working and working continually so they increase the amount of calories that are burned. By doing aerobic exercises daily you will increase your chances for weigh loss immensely.

Do not short cut your workout as even with as little as 12-20 minute aerobic workout you have some health benefits. With this little of a workout you will see a decreased blood pressure, decreased blood cholesterol, lower resting heart rate and a overall better feeling. This is good but not enough for you to see a large amount of fat burning away. Stick to the aerobic plan and burn the fat and loose weight quickly and safely.

There needs to be more testing to be sure what happens to the body using these methods.

Thermage does not remove fat cells but actually tightens the skin, thereby producing a weight-loss effect. A radio frequency is applied to an area of skin that heats the collagen beneath it. As the collagen heats up the skin gets tighter. Obviously, this does not produce permanent results but the results are instant and improve over time. They can be made to last longer with proper diet and exercise. Most people require six to twelve treatments costing between $400 and $700 each.

The body wrap is another low cost alternative to liposuction. Once more, fat cells are removed from the body but the body looks slimmer due to the firming affect of the wraps and the decrease in water retentions. Body wraps are all natural therapies that involve wrapping and area of the body to encourage reshaping and then drenching the wrap in a mineral solution that draws out fluids and detoxifies. Technically, there are no limits to the quantity of wraps that can be done in a single day and the extra wraps done at the same time produces results that are more striking. Each session costs between $50 and $100 and it will require about ten wraps to lose a dress size.
