Don’t be silly though you still need carbs but eat them mainly during the day, make sure you eat wholemeal cereals, brown or wild rice and similar unrefined carbs and make your evening meal protein rich. Snack on fruit or nuts or a protein supplement mid morning and mid afternoon.
